If you allow it, the app saves the check-in with the time and photo on the phone and sends it as soon as the phone is back online. It is marked “offline” so managers can see it.
No. Location is read only at the moment someone checks in or out. The app never tracks in the background.
VantraHub works out gross pay, estimated taxes and net pay, and makes payslips. It does not move money or file tax forms — export the hours to Gusto, ADP, QuickBooks, Xero or MYOB, or use the payroll register with your accountant.
